Search & Rescue Training in an acquired structure
Tonight we trained in foam application as part of our HazMat refresher. We flowed training foam on a simulated flammable liquid fire. Thanks to the Bucks County HazMat team for bringing Foam (Bubble) 89 for a demo.

Clear your Hydrants!
Several members of SFC participated in a training course this weekend on advanced building shoring techniques. Did you know? As active participants in the Bucks County Technical Rescue Task Force, we house some of their equipment and have several members on the team who regularly practice these types of advanced rescue techniques.
Yes, that is a fire hydrant behind all those weeds and grass. Please keep hydrants clear of all debris throughout the year, not just of snow in the winter. Every second counts when fighting a fire.
Station 2 was dispatched tonight at 7:15 for an auto extrication at Churchville Rd & Strathman Dr. A2 arrived to find a 2 vehicle crash with one occupant trapped.
